A --> For downloadable products, and if paying by credit card or paypal, you get instant access. If paying by Check or Money order, first we have to get your payment (takes about 3-4days), Then we can either ship to you if you have ordered a CDROM version (allow another 3-4days) or we email you download instructions.

2. How can I Download the software I just ordered?

A --> We get this question a lot :). You will find a download link on the final page (Payment via credit card or paypal will momentarily take you away from our site to make the payment and then back), The final page is the Thank you page you get to when you have paid. If you miss this page, hope is not lost :). Simply log back into your account here: http://catalog.quiglow.com/account.php or Any link that says My Account at the top right corner of our website will get you there. Once in your account, Click on order history, then "View Order". This will show you detail of your most recent order along with a link for downloadable products. This link is disabled if you paid with check or money order. The download link does expires. If this is the case simply email us at: info@quiglow.com and we will send you alternate download instructions as soon as possible.

3. Can I use the software commercially?

A--> Absolutely. However, make sure you buy the commercial version of the software you want to use commercially.

4. Does your software run on MacOs?

A--> Not at this time. However we are actively working on an online version that pretty much will run any operating system as long as you have an Internet Access.

5. What version of Windows does the software run on?

A--> This will run on all version of windows: Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP.

6: Can I order by phone?

A: Not at this time, please if you are uncomfortable using credit card online, you should consider paying via check or money order. Although I can assure you that we adhere to best security practices in acquiring payment information and charging your credit card.
